Our analysis
AI-assistedGravity Forms Data Persistence Add-On Reloaded is a WordPress plugin designed to save user inputs in multipage Gravity Forms. It addresses the issue of lost data when users leave a form before completion by automatically saving their progress every 10 seconds via AJAX. This plugin is particularly useful for sites that require users to fill out lengthy forms and want to ensure that their inputs are not lost.
The plugin also allows for the disabling of data persistence on a per-field basis, which is beneficial for sensitive information. Additionally, it can save data for guest users using a cookie ID. However, only one persistent form can be active on a page at a time, which may limit its use in certain scenarios.
Best for: This plugin suits websites that use multipage Gravity Forms and want to retain user inputs.

From the developer
unclhos's own description of Gravity Forms Data Persistence Add-On Reloaded, lightly tidied.
Consider this scenario:
a) Your site uses multipage Gravity Forms.
b) Your user logs in to the site and starts filling up a 5-step form.
c) During the 3rd step, the user leaves without completely finishing the form.
d) Some days later, the user comes back and logs in to see that his inputs are all gone!
This happens because Gravity Forms by default does not save partially submitted forms.
Our plugin resolves this issue. Simple!
