Our analysis
AI-assistedVendi Abandoned Plugin Check is a WordPress plugin that checks for the number of days since the last update of other plugins. It operates in the background, running a daily task to query the WordPress.org servers and updating the main plugin table accordingly. This plugin is useful for site administrators who want to monitor the update status of their installed plugins without needing a user interface.
It is suitable for users who manage multiple plugins and want to ensure they are not using outdated or potentially abandoned ones. However, it has not been tested in a multi-site environment.
Best for: Site administrators who want to track plugin update statuses.
