About this Plugin

KlickTipp brings email marketing automation to WordPress with native forms, tagging logic, and conversion analytics. Build opt-in forms directly in WordPress, connect them to your KlickTipp account, and automatically tag subscribers based on form field values and engagement signals — no third-party form builder required.

Use it to:

• Create and manage multiple opt-in forms with a visual editor
• Connect forms to KlickTipp lists, tags, and automation processes
• Apply static and rule-based tags from form field values
• Pre-define form inputs using URL parameters, default values, and hidden fields
• Track key conversion metrics (views, submits, confirmed opt-in submissions)
• Configure post-submit behavior (inline success message or redirect)
• Embed forms via Gutenberg block, shortcode, or legacy widget

This plugin connects to KlickTipp APIs to sync subscribers and metadata.

• Data sent: email address and mapped form fields, selected/derived tags, selected list/process IDs
• Data sent when: on form submission and during metadata/confirmation sync
• Client identification: every request also carries a fixed X-KlickTipp-Client: wordpress-form-plugin header, an X-KlickTipp-Client-Version header set to this plugin’s version, and a User-Agent of KlickTipp WordPress Form Plugin/<version> — so KlickTipp can distinguish this plugin’s traffic from other API clients (e.g. the Gravity Forms add-on) for internal usage analytics/Grafana reporting. These headers are a fixed client id/version only; they never include this site’s URL, a site hash, or any personal data.
