What this checks, and why
These are the on-page fundamentals — the things that are entirely under your control and that go
wrong quietly. A stray noindex keeps a page out of search completely; a missing viewport
tag makes it unusable on phones; a title over about sixty characters gets cut off in results.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not estimate your ranking, your traffic or your "SEO difficulty". Those depend on your competitors, your backlinks and your site's history, none of which are visible in a single page request. Any free tool showing you those numbers is guessing, and a confident guess is worse than no number at all.
Common questions
What does the score mean?
It is simply the share of checks the page passed — nothing more. It is not a prediction of ranking, and no honest tool can give you one from a single page fetch.
Which checks matter most?
Indexability first: a stray noindex tag keeps the page out of search entirely. Then the title, then whether there is enough content to rank for anything competitive. The rest are refinements.
Does it check my whole site?
